Doug C. Brown, CEO and Co-founder of Agents of Honor, is an expert in creating reliable, predictable systems that drive revenue and growth for independent insurance professionals.

After 12 years in the military, Doug became President of Sales and Training for Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes, raising close rates by 143% and growing a product line’s sales 4,150% in six months. He later built 35+ businesses generating $960M+.

Doug also created Vibitno, a sales automation platform that enhances follow-up, client retention, and performance tracking. Through his training, he equips agents with simple, proven steps to acquire clients profitably and achieve measurable results.

Russ Whitney, CNO and Co-founder of Agents of Honor, rose from a $5-an-hour job to become one of America’s youngest self-made millionaires at 27, and is respected as a mentor and business leader.

He built a 5,000-acre resort, a $250M education company, the first U.S. bi-weekly mortgage program, and a $700M construction firm successes fueled by his win-win negotiation skills, now shared with agents.

Russ has mentored millions, championed philanthropy, and shared stages with Presidents Bush and Clinton. He now helps Agents of Honor members achieve purpose-driven success.

Our Head of Operations

Justyna Brown, Head of Operations at Agents of Honor and Chief Marketing Officer, is a licensed insurance agent with a master’s in mathematics. She combines marketing expertise and operational leadership to help agents build scalable businesses.

She creates marketing processes that drive leads, sales, and conversions. After doubling her own revenue in 12 months, she now leads agent onboarding and operations.

With global experience driving growth and launching ventures, Justyna has coached businesses to achieve 30%+ revenue gains and higher productivity. She is committed to giving every agent a clear, repeatable path to success.

Rebecca Brown

Director of Agent Relations

Rebecca Brown is our Director of Agent Relations. As a licensed insurance agent herself, she leverages her unique and diverse background to serve as a key resource for every agent. With an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts, through which she learned essential human-to-human skills and a plethora of knowledge from a variety of fields, she brings a deep understanding of the client relationship and the importance of clear communication.

Her hands-on experience in operations and software development provides her with the unique ability to simplify the complexities of the insurance business.

Rebecca is a dedicated advocate for our agents.

Jacqueline Brown serves as Director of Agent Relations, bringing over a decade of experience as a Sales Operations Director supporting commission-only sales teams. As a licensed insurance agent herself, she understands how commission-based professionals think and work.

With degrees in English, Jacqueline skillfully navigates insurance complexities, providing clear support to every agent. Her passion for writing and reading reflects her creative spirit and commitment to meaningful work.

Jacqueline's hands-on sales experience combined with her compassionate, analytical mindset makes her a powerful advocate for agents, ensuring they have the tools needed to thrive.
